Miranda Galler

Miranda is a relationship-driven, systems-oriented project leader with more than 12 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across the nonprofit, public sector, and service delivery environments. Her work includes strategic planning, campaign and fund development projects, early-stage capacity building, and long-term change management engagements, including large-scale operational and software implementation initiatives.

She is known for translating strategy into clear, actionable workplans and establishing governance and reporting structures that drive accountability and progress. Miranda navigates competing priorities and stakeholder sensitivities with a calm, pragmatic approach, ensuring deliverables remain realistic, aligned with client capacity, and positioned for long-term success. Her experience spans short-term advisory engagements to multi-year initiatives involving cross-organizational coordination and politically sensitive contexts. She excels at identifying and mitigating risk early, clarifying roles and decision points, and providing timely, decision-ready information that keeps projects on track, on time, and on budget.

Her entrepreneurial spirit continues to shape her focus on improving the Bespoke client experience and strengthening the team’s collective impact. She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Calgary and a certificate in Event Management from Mount Royal University.

A lifelong volunteer, Miranda believes deeply in the power of the Social Profit sector to transform lives and in giving back to the community that has helped her thrive. She currently serves as Chair of the Royal Oak School Fundraising Committee and as a Sunday school teacher at her church. She values time spent with family, phone conversations over text chats, and a great paperback book.
