Start, Shift & Scale Social Impact
Pacekids Programs
Pacekids Programs has a 30-year track record of supporting the development of children with diverse needs in Calgary. But demand for the non-profit’s unique curriculum and small class sizes was outpacing its capacity. Determined to turn its wait lists into more opportunities for Calgary’s children, Pacekids teamed up with Bespoke. We built a plan to maximize Pacekids’ reach and impact by scaling its programs and planning for future growth.
University of the Fraser Valley
As they approached their 50th anniversary, University of the Fraser Valley wanted to elevate and accelerate their fundraising, but they didn’t know where to start. We helped them understand not only the fundraising strategies, but also the relationships and internal processes that would help them achieve their ambitious goals. The result? Increased trust among teammates, people rowing in the same direction, and a record fundraising year.
The Glenbow Museum
The Glenbow was at a turning point. Armed with a new strategic plan and a capital campaign, its leaders found themselves facing a global pandemic, departures of executives and board members, and a need for fundraising capacity to support them in their next chapter. We helped them rethink their future. The results to date? More than $175 million raised and a transformed profile as one of Canada’s—and the world’s—premier museums.
Rocky View Foundation
Rocky View Foundation’s visionary housing project was stuck. We helped get the wheels turning with a stakeholder-informed strategic direction and an action plan for revenue generation, fueled by our signature P4 model. The results? We quickly secured the funding Rocky View needed to get the project across the finish line in a matter of months, resulting in safe, supportive housing for 92 seniors.
