Ty spent a decade as Research Director at the Branch Out Neurological Foundation, where he led innovative funding programs and turned complex neuroscience into stories everyone could connect with. After earning his PhD at the University of Utah studying brainwave technology in mental health, he co-founded of 8-Bit Cortex, to transforms neuroscience into playful, data-driven tools that help communities strengthen wellbeing through gamified impact measurement.
