As Interim Director of Marketing & Communications at Bespoke Social Profit Solutions, Nicole Enns brings a strategic, data-focused approach to leading marketing and communications efforts. She supports Bespoke by strengthening brand positioning and leveraging her expertise in digital strategy, lifecycle marketing, and communications to help elevate Bespoke’s profile within the social profit sector.

Nicole is a marketing strategist with eight years of experience leading integrated marketing strategy, multi-channel campaign development, and guiding complex marketing ecosystems with clarity and operational strength. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business and completed a semester abroad at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Most of her career has been spent in agencies and tech startups, where she learned to navigate fast-paced environments with clarity and composure while partnering with organizations across tourism, architecture, homebuilding, education, nonprofit, and technology sectors. Her experience includes working with organizations such as the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, Genesis Builders, Secure Energy, Last Best Brewing, the Lionheart Foundation, CTM Design Services, Alberta Dance Theatre, and the Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association.

Nicole is known for balancing creativity with execution. She enjoys shaping ideas into clear strategies, bringing them to life, and using data to understand what is working and where to evolve. Often described as calm under pressure, Nicole provides steady leadership and is thrilled to apply her experience within the social profit sector, supporting work that meaningfully impacts communities across Canada.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking or snowboarding, golfing, drawing, or getting her true crime fix over a perfectly prepared bowl of Phở.
