Kim Kadatz brings more than three decades of experience to her Associate role at Bespoke. She acts as a coach and advisor for Bespoke’s clients, providing expert leadership, guidance and support to help them to maximize the performance of their organizations and deliver meaningful impact to their communities.
Kim is a person of action who believes in the power we each hold to make positive change in the world, and in the immense potential of collective action to move the social profit sector from a place of scarcity to a future of possibilities. Her career includes roles with Westin Hotels and Resorts, the United Way of Calgary and Area, Mount Royal University, Glenbow Museum, and the University of Calgary, where she led a team that raised $50-60 million annually and was a leader of the $1.41 billion Energize: The Campaign for Eyes High campaign, the third-largest successfully completed fundraising campaign in Canadian history. She holds an Economics degree from the University of Calgary.
Born and raised in Calgary, Kim is proud of her city and passionate about making a difference for those most in need. She volunteers her time as a director of the boards of the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation and the Alberta Champions Society. She recharges her batteries by spending time outdoors, walking or puttering in the garden.
