Dyllan Lough

Dyllan joined Bespoke Social Profit Solutions in 2024 as an Executive Assistant, bringing over 15 years of administrative experience and a strong foundation in the social profit sector. Now serving as Operations Manager, she plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day functioning of the organization. Dyllan oversees core administrative systems, supports cross-team coordination, and leads internal process improvements that help Bespoke operate efficiently and deliver on its bold mission.

In her role, she continues to provide strategic support to executives—managing calendars, communications, and travel—but has expanded her leadership to include oversight of CRM systems, operational planning, and marketing workflow coordination, including presentation development and social media content. Dyllan is particularly skilled at streamlining operations and building internal systems that allow the team to stay focused on high-impact work.

Her diverse background—ranging from farming to beauty to social profit—makes Dyllan an adaptable and invaluable leader across varied contexts. She proudly calls herself a “professional jack-of-all-trades” and is deeply committed to supporting the sector through Bespoke’s mission to drive meaningful change. She thrives when collaborating with like-minded individuals and believes in the power of investing in the social sector to benefit individuals, communities, and the broader economy.

Outside of work, Dyllan is a passionate volunteer, contributing her time to organizations such as the Calgary Drop-In Centre, the Alzheimer Society, and various animal rescues. A creative spirit at heart, she is also an aspiring fantasy novelist and spends her perfect days walking her dog, writing, and playing video games.
