Sky is an award-winning writer and communications professional. While earning her MFA in Creative Nonfiction at the University of San Francisco, she worked with nonprofits to plan and market fundraising events, and then moved to Calgary where she worked on the Calgary Stampede communications team for four years. For the past five years, she has helped organizations bring their brands to life through storytelling and community engagement. Her work has appeared in several publications, including Avenue Calgary, Today's Parent, CBC, and the Calgary Herald.

“I’ve always been drawn to work with a deep sense of purpose, and I'm excited to connect with social profit organizations that positively impact our communities,” says Sky. “I love to use my writing skills to communicate an organization's purpose in a meaningful and moving way.”

When she’s not working, Sky loves to hike and ski with her husband and two boys or cozy up with a good book.
