Aditya Rayala brings a deep and broad career in the social profit sector to his role as Fundraising Strategist with Bespoke. He builds warm, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering innovation and promoting collaboration to help them grow and scale their social impact.
Before joining Bespoke, Aditya led the first campaign to secure direct U.S. federal funding for a Canadian WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) organization. In another role, he managed a portfolio of over $400 million across the six highest income-generating zones of a leading microfinance company in South Asia.
His experience in the international development sector, particularly in institutional funding, informs Aditya’s unique perspective on Bespoke’s fundraising team. His belief in the transformative power of social profit organizations in driving meaningful change inspires his work every day.
Aditya is a member of the Society for International Development in Washington, D.C., the Canadian Partnership for Women and Children’s Health, and the Alberta Council for Global Cooperation (ACGC). He holds certifications in winning and managing U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) grants and contracts, including results-based management. He volunteers his time with the Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST), and Ethiopaid Canada.
