Stephanie Washbrook brings over 10 years of professional consulting experience to the team. Organized, focussed and adaptable, she has regularly worked in demanding environments, and is committed to achieving success in the projects she pursues.
Stephanie began her career in public accounting in Toronto, auditing both not-for-profit companies and large financial services firms, quickly moving into engagement management and sector specialist positions within her office. Looking for new challenges she pursued internal leadership and project management roles. Leading Learning & Development as part of Ernst & Young’s Americas Financial Services Office she organized and led both technical and leadership training for all levels within the firm, pioneering the role for the EY Region of the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. Upon moving to the EY Calgary office she led the Campus Recruiting group and Resource Management for the audit practice.
Stephanie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo. With a strong belief in giving back to her community, she volunteers as the Parent Council Chair at Queen Elizabeth School and is active in the planning and execution of many school community educational, social, and fundraising events. In her free time, Stephanie tries to keep up with her four active children and loves to travel with her family.
